Hain Celestial, Uniondale, NY, has completed its joint venture with Grupo Siro, Spain’s largest snack company. Hain Celestial will share in the profits of the joint venture as well as receive licensing fees for its proprietary production equipment.

Further, Hain’s fruit chips business has been renamed Terra Chips B.V. and has recently introduced six new Terra products. These new items include Frites, Yukons and Reds.
